Factories, hangars and storage buildings often need openings and lifts that catalogue products do not cover: an unusual size, a heavy load, little installation space or a structure that already exists.
We design these systems to the building, from the structure to the drive and the control panel, and install them on site.

Folding hydraulic floor hatch for a factory
For a factory in Anadolu OSB, Istanbul, YTEK designed, manufactured and installed an insulated folding floor hatch that opens an 8 × 10 m area so materials can be lifted to the upper floor. With no space for cylinders, two rotary actuators fold the hatch in 30 s.

Do you make hydraulic components as well as complete systems?
Yes. We design hydraulic power units, custom cylinders and manifold blocks, and PLC and remote control systems in all sizes and powers the project needs, either as part of a system or separately.
What load range do your lifts cover?

What is the largest industrial system you have delivered?
A folding hydraulic floor hatch for a factory in Anadolu OSB, Istanbul (2024), covering an 8 × 10 m area with a 6.3 × 8.9 m clear opening, driven by two 24 kNm rotary actuators and a 5.5 kW power unit.
What if there is no room for hydraulic cylinders?
We use rotary actuators. On the factory floor hatch there was no space for cylinders, so two rotary actuators fold the hatch open or closed in 30 s.
