The problem

Every engine change and every check depends on support equipment

An aircraft on the ground needs to be supported, powered, moved and serviced. Engines and components need stands that carry them safely through removal, transport and storage. Technicians need their tools controlled and at hand.

When this equipment is missing, worn or poorly matched to the fleet, it delays the work. We design and supply it as one coherent set for the aircraft and engines you maintain.

Our approach

Handling, power and tooling from one supplier

  • Engine and component handling: engine transportation stands, part transport stands, jacks and tow bars.
  • Ground power: GPUs from 15 to 140 kVA, diesel or electric driven.
  • Hydraulic power and test: 20–50 GPM at 2,000–5,000 psi, mobile or stationary, dual output option.
  • Workshop and tooling: cabinets, tool control boards, trolleys, servicing carts and storage racks.
  • Smart option: sensors and telemetry for usage tracking and predictive maintenance.

FAQ

Engine handling, power and tooling: common questions

Which engines are your transport stands for?

Engine transportation stands for GE, Pratt & Whitney, Rolls-Royce and SAFRAN engines, for example the CFM56 and LEAP, GE90 and GEnx, PW1100G and V2500, and Trent 700, 1000 and XWB families. Other engines are covered to customer specification.

Which ground power units do you supply?

GPUs from 15 to 140 kVA, diesel or electric driven, and 28 V DC and 115/200 V AC 400 Hz power supply converters with a dual output option.

What are the ratings of your hydraulic power units and test benches?

20 to 50 GPM at 2,000 to 5,000 psi, as mobile or stationary units, with a dual output option.

Which jacks do you make?

Tripod jacks and fixed support jacks. Tripod jack capacities range from about 5 t for light aircraft to over 100 t for wide-body aircraft, and each jack is matched to the aircraft jacking points.

Which workshop equipment do you make?

Tooling cabinets and tool control boards, tool trolleys, wheel and brake change trolleys, nitrogen, oxygen and oil servicing carts, component storage racks and wheel and tyre dollies.

Which standards apply?

The applicable standards are defined per project. In general we work to EN standards and EASA requirements, and to any other standard the client specifies.
